Leafery

Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Leafery is a plant-care notebook for iPhone, designed so that your data stays with you.

In short

What stays on your iPhone

Your plants, locations, care entries, reminders, light readings, photos, and settings (language, appearance, seasons and the country you choose) are kept in Leafery’s storage on your iPhone. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or to a computer, iOS includes this data in that backup, under the terms of your Apple account. Deleting Leafery deletes this data from your iPhone.

Permissions

What you can send yourself

Crash reports from Apple

If you allow it in iOS (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements › Share With App Developers), Apple shares crash reports for Leafery with its developer through App Store Connect. This is technical information controlled by that iOS setting; Leafery itself sends nothing.

This website

getleafery.com is a static site hosted by Cloudflare Pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no scripts. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site.

Children

Leafery collects no personal data, from children or from anyone else.

Your rights

Apart from the emails you send to support, I hold no personal data about you. Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete those emails by writing to support@getleafery.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Who is responsible

Leafery is developed by Romain Chevoleau, an individual developer. Contact: support@getleafery.com.

Changes

If Leafery ever sends data off your iPhone (for example with an optional account), this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
